Abstract

Terrorism as display of violence takes the form of the criminal certificates conducting to senseless destruction of people and property and intimidation of the population, having the purpose to receive the greatest possible international, regional response and (or) large sums of money and not caused by fault of directly those persons on which terrorists encroach. Knowledge of terrorism as to real threat of safety in a modern society, about rules of behavior during acts of terrorism it is necessary to form beginning already with the first step of the general education.
