For this purpose, the number of main, parietal, endocrine and additional cells was calculated in the materials of gastrobiopsy of the gastric mucosa, the result was expressed in ‰ (per 1000 epithelial cells).</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> It was found that as the severity of inflammation in the fundal glands increases, the number of main cells decreases, the number of parietal, accessory and especially endocrine cells grows. In the pyloric glands, a reduction of the parietal pool, a decrease in the population of additional cells and a sharp increase in endocrinocytes is registered. With a decrease in the severity of inflammation, positive changes in the cellular composition of the glands are observed, but its full normalization does not occur 6 months after the course of antihelicobacter therapy. A significant proportion of patients, shows morphological signs of gastric mucosa atrophy, which is associated with inflammation and is uncertain. Its presence does not significantly affect the cellular composition of the gastric glands, and the regression of the inflammatory process is accompanied by a decrease in the degree of atrophy or complete disappearance of signs of the latter.</p> <p><bold>Conclusions.</bold> The addition of a standard study of gastrobioptates with a quantitative morphometric analysis of the cellular composition of the fundal and pyloric glands in chronic gastritis among children objectifies the data of morphological assessment of pathohistological picture of gastric mucosa.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель.</bold> Установить особенности клеточного состава желез слизистой оболочки желудка при хроническом <italic>Нр</italic>-ассоциированном гастрите у детей для совершенствования его диагностики.</p> <p><bold>Материал и методы. </bold>У 214 детей в возрасте 6–15 лет с <italic>Нр</italic>-ассоциированным хроническим гастритом проведен морфометрический анализ клеточных популяций фундальных и пилорических желёз. Для этого в материалах гастробиопсии слизистой оболочки желудка подсчитывали число главных, париетальных, эндокринных и добавочных клеток, результат выражали в ‰ (на 1000 эпителиоцитов).</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>Установлено, что по мере увеличения выраженности воспаления в фундальных железах снижается число главных клеток, возрастает количество париетальных, добавочных и, особенно, эндокринных клеток. В пилорических железах регистрируется редукция пула париетальных, уменьшение популяции добавочных клеток и резкий рост эндокриноцитов. При снижении выраженности воспаления наблюдаются положительные изменения клеточного состава желёз, но его полная нормализация через шесть месяцев после курса антихеликобактерной терапии не наступает. У значительной части пациентов обнаруживаются морфологические признаки атрофии СОЖ, которая ассоциирована с воспалением и является неопределенной. Ее наличие существенным образом не влияет на клеточный состав желудочных желёз, а регресс воспалительного процесса сопровождается уменьшением степени атрофии или полным исчезновением признаков последней.</p> <p><bold>Выводы. </bold>Дополнение стандартного исследования гастробиоптатов количественным морфометрическим анализом клеточного состава фундальных и пилорических желёз при хроническом гастрите у детей объективизирует данные морфологической оценки патогистологической картины слизистой оболочки.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Chronic gastritis</kwd><kwd>gastric glands</kwd><kwd>cellular composition</kwd><kwd>children</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Хронический гастрит</kwd><kwd>железы желудка</kwd><kwd>клеточный состав</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Dolgaljov I.V., Kareva E.N., Ljaljukova E.A., Pavlova N.V.
