The average age of the respondents was 47.9 ± 8.08 years; the average length of service was 23.1 ± 8.60 years.</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> The average life satisfaction index is 6.0 ± 0.951. There is a weak inverse correlation of the index with age<italic> r </italic>= –0.2; <italic>p </italic>= 0.004 and length of service <italic>r </italic>= –0.2; <italic>p </italic>= 0.001. The values of the life satisfaction index do not depend on gender (<italic>t </italic>= 0.23, <italic>p </italic>= 0.818), place of work (<italic>t </italic>= 0.14; <italic>p </italic>= 0.886), availability of qualification category (<italic>t </italic>= 0.36; <italic>p </italic>= 0.722), academic degree (<italic>t </italic>= 1.8; <italic>p </italic>= 0.073), second higher education (<italic>t </italic>= 1.67; <italic>p </italic>= 0.097), work in "red zone" (<italic>t</italic>˂0,001; <italic>p </italic>= 1,000). The average index of negative interference of work in personal life is 1.59 ± 0.474 and personal life in work is 1.04 ± 0.123, positive influence of work on personal life is 2.64 ± 0.897 and personal life on work is 3.35 ± 0.882. There is a significant difference in the index of negative interference of personal life in work by respondents of different sexes (<italic>t </italic>= 3.24; <italic>p </italic>= 0.001) who worked in hospitals (<italic>t </italic>= 3.14; <italic>p </italic>= 0.002) and in the "red zone" (<italic>t </italic>= –3.29; <italic>p </italic>= 0.01). There is a negative weak correlation between the life satisfaction index and the index of the positive impact of personal life on work (<italic>r </italic>= –0.34; <italic>p</italic>˂0,001) and work on personal life (<italic>r </italic>= –0.37; <italic>p</italic>˂0,001).</p> <p><bold>Conclusions.</bold> The life satisfaction index of department heads is high – 6.0 out of 7. However, a decrease in the ratings of the positive interaction of work and personal life with an increase in the satisfaction index dictates the need to continue research.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель.</bold> Изучить удовлетворенность жизнью и влияние работы на личную жизнь у заведующих клиническими отделениями.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы.</bold> Выполнен заочный опрос 216 заведующих клиническими отделениями по стандартизированным анкетам с расчетом индекса удовлетворенности жизнью и индексов взаимовлияния работы и личной жизни. Средний возраст респондентов 47,9 ± 8,08 г., средний стаж 23,1 ± 8,60 г.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Средний индекс удовлетворенности жизнью 6,0 ± 0,951. Есть слабая обратная корреляция индекса с возрастом (r = –0,2; р = 0,004) и стажем (r = –0,2; р = 0,001). Значения индекса удовлетворенности жизнью не зависят от пола (t = 0,23; р = 0,818), места работы (t = 0,14; р = 0,886), от наличия квалификационной категории (t = 0,36; р = 0,722), ученой степени (t = 1,8; р = 0,073), второго высшего образования (t = 1,67; р = 0,097), от работы в «красной зоне» (t ˂ 0,001; р = 1,000). Средний индекс негативного вмешательства работы в личную жизнь – 1,59 ± 0,474 и личной жизни в работу – 1,04 ± 0,123, позитивного влияния работы на личную жизнь – 2,64 ± 0,897 и личной жизни на работу – 3,35 ± 0,882. Есть значимая разница индекса негативного вмешательства личной жизни в работу респондентами разного пола (t = 3,24; р = 0,001), работавших в стационарах (t = 3,14; р = 0,002) и в «красной зоне» (t = –3,29; р = 0,01). Есть отрицательная слабая корреляция индекса удовлетворенности жизнью и индекса позитивного влияния личной жизни на работу (r = –0,34; p ˂ 0,001) и работы на личную жизнь (r = –0,37; p ˂ 0,001).</p> <p><bold>Выводы.</bold> Индекс удовлетворенности жизни заведующих отделениями высокий – 6,0 из 7. Но снижение оценок позитивного взаимовлияния работы и личной жизни при повышении индекса удовлетворенности диктуют необходимость продолжения исследований.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Employee satisfaction</kwd><kwd>life satisfaction</kwd><kwd>impact of work on personal life</kwd><kwd>heads of departments</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Удовлетворенность сотрудников</kwd><kwd>удовлетворенность жизнью</kwd><kwd>влияние работы на личную жизнь</kwd><kwd>заведующие отделениями</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Shanafelt T.D., West C.P., Sinsky C., Trockel M. et al.
