Significant stenosis of the LAD (left anterior descending artery) was diagnosed and surgical intervention was performed: plasty and stenting of the LAD.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлено клиническое наблюдение впервые возникшего инфаркта миокарда без подъема сегмента ST у молодой женщины в возрасте 43 лет, имеющей три фактора риска: хронический стресс, курение, дислипидемия.
