The article presents a clinical observation of first appeared non-ST elevation myocardial infarction in a 43-year-old young woman with three risk factors: chronic stress, smoking, dyslipidemia. Significant stenosis of the LAD (left anterior descending artery) was diagnosed and surgical intervention was performed: plasty and stenting of the LAD.

Представлено клиническое наблюдение впервые возникшего инфаркта миокарда без подъема сегмента ST у молодой женщины в возрасте 43 лет, имеющей три фактора риска: хронический стресс, курение, дислипидемия. Был диагностирован значимый стеноз передней межжелудочковой ветви и проведено хирургическое вмешательство: пластика и стентирование передней межжелудочковой ветви.
