Working code: G-01. The animals were divided into 5 groups: group 1– 10 rats (who received a 10 % solution of G-01 sc, once), group 2 – 10 rats (who received a 15 % solution of G-01 sc, once), group 3 – 10 rats (who received a 20 % solution of G-01 sc, once), group 4 – 10 rats (who received a 25 % solution of G-01 sc, once), group 5 – 10 rats (control group – did not receive G-01 solutions in various concentrations).</p> <p><bold>Results</bold><bold>. </bold>During the observation of animals, after transplanting a suspension of tumor cells, the growth of a solid tumor was detected in 100 % of cases in rats of the control group. In the experimental groups, in which 10 % and 25 % G-01 solution was used, the growth of solid tumors was also detected. Moreover, the growth rate and volume of tumors, visually, did not differ in the groups. In rats, who received a 15 % solution of G-01, a tumor developed in 3 out of 10 rats. In rats, who received a 20 % solution of G-01 – in 2 out of 10 rats.</p> <p><bold>Conclusions</bold><bold>.</bold> The results of the work carried out prove that the substance of natural origin G-01 is a generator of adaptive immunity for the prevention of the development of the tumor process. In case of the development of the disease, it allows to achieve a tumor regression without the development of serious adverse events affecting the quality of life of animals, that is the main goal of antitumor treatment or prevention of any oncological disease.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель. </bold>Изучить свойства раствора G-01 при однократном введении, изменяя концентрацию раствора.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы. </bold>В качестве средства воздействия на животных использовался моносахарид – гексоза. Рабочий шифр: G-01. Животные были разделены на пять групп: 1-я – 10 крыс (получивших 10%-ный раствор G-01 п/к, однократно); 2-я – 10 крыс (получивших 15%-ный раствор G-01 п/к, однократно); 3-я – 10 крыс (получивших 20%-ный раствор G-01 п/к, однократно); 4-я – 10 крыс (получивших 25%-ный раствор G-01 п/к, однократно); 5-я – 10 крыс (контрольная – животные, не получившие терапии растворам G-01 в различных концентрациях).</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>В процессе наблюдения за животными, после перевивки взвеси опухолевых клеток, обнаружен рост солидной опухоли в 100 % случаев у крыс контрольной группы. В опытных группах, в которых использовался 10%- и 25%-ный раствор G-01, также обнаружен рост солидных опухолей. Причем скорость роста и объем опухолей, визуально в группах не отличались. У 3 из 10 крыс, получивших 15%-ный раствор G-01, опухоль развилась, как и у 2 из 10 крыс, получивших 20%-ный раствор G-01.</p> <p><bold>Выводы.</bold> Результаты проведенной работы доказывают, что вещество природного происхождения G-01 является генератором адаптивного иммунитета для профилактики развития опухолевого процесса.
