The postoperative complications were registered in 23 cases (25.3 %). Lethality was 3.3 %. The overall one-year survival rate in patients with stage I–III lung cancer after organ-saving surgery was 96.7 %, three-year – 65.1 %, five-year – 36.6 %, median survival rate – 53.1 months. The recurrence-free survival rate in patients with stage I–III lung cancer was: one-year – 89.9 %, three-year – 65.3 %, five-year – 48.8 %. The median recurrence-free survival rate was 49.8 months.</p> <p><bold>Conclusions.</bold>Angioplastic lobectomy provides an acceptable short and long-term result, which does not yield to the analogous indices for pulmonectomy. It confirms our opinion on the expediency of implementing this procedure regarding non-small carcinoma of the lung.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель. </bold>Изучить онкологическую целесообразность применения сосудистых технологий в органосберегающем лечении рака легкого.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы. </bold>С 2009 по 2016 г. при немелкоклеточном раке легкого выполнено 92 лобэктомии с резекцией и реконструкцией легочной артерии у 69 (75 %) мужчин и 23 (25 %) женщин, средний возраст составил 57,8 ± 6,7 г.</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>Интраоперационных осложнений и летальных исходов не было. Послеоперационные осложнения зарегистрированы в 23 случаях (25,3 %). Летальность составила 3,3 %. Общая одногодичная выживаемость больных с I–III стадиями рака легкого после выполнения органосберегающих операций составила 96,7 %, 3-летняя – 65,1 %, 5-летняя – 36,6 %, медиана выживаемости – 53,1 месяца. Безрецидивная выживаемость при I–III стадиях рака легкого составила: одногодичная – 89,9 %, трехлетняя – 65,3 %, пятилетняя – 48,8 %. Медиана безрецидивной выживаемости составила 49,8 месяца.</p> <p><bold>Выводы. </bold>Ангиопластическая лобэктомия обеспечивает приемлемый непосредственный и отдаленный результат, не уступающий аналогичным показателям при выполнении пульмонэктомии.
