To study the properties of a solution of G-01 with an adjuvant based on aluminum hydroxide singly injected, we found while changing the concentration of the solution that an immune response of different intensity can be induced to the same antigen, depending on the dose and multiplicity of the administered antigen.</p> <p><bold>Conclusions.</bold> In our study, which investigated the effect of G-01 solution on the body of mongrel albino white rats of the "Wistar" line in different concentrations, an optimal 15 % concentration of G-01 solution was found to have a pronounced effect on the immune system, causing the greatest antitumor activity.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель. </bold>Изучить свойства раствора G-01 с адъювантом на основе гидроксида алюминия при однократном введении, изменяя концентрацию раствора.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы. </bold>На модели перевивной опухоли (саркома М-1) показана противоопухолевая активность различных концентраций раствора природного происхождения G-01 с наличием адъюванта.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Установленная перспектива использования раствора G-01 в медицине как профилактическое средство. С целью исследования свойств раствора G-01 с адъювантом на основе гидроксида алюминия при однократном введении, изменяя концентрацию раствора, нами выявлено, что на один и тот же антиген можно индуцировать иммунный ответ разной интенсивности в зависимости от дозы и кратности вводимого антигена.</p> <p><bold>Выводы. </bold>В нашем исследовании, изучившим воздействие раствора G-01 на организм беспородных белых крыс-альбиносов линии Wistar в разных концентрациях выявлена оптимальная 15%-ная концентрация раствора G-01 обладающая выраженным влиянием на иммунную систему, вызывающая наибольшую противоопухолевую активность.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>G-01</kwd><kwd>transfused tumor</kwd><kwd>sarcoma M-1</kwd><kwd>adjuvant</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>G-01</kwd><kwd>перевивная опухоль</kwd><kwd>Саркома М-1</kwd><kwd>адъювант</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Trisha Greenhalgh the basics EVIDENCE – BASED MEDICINE Translated from English.
