For this purpose, analysis of native and foreign studies devoted to the assessment of small intestinal mucosa in patients with digestive system pathology was used to hypothesize application of capsule endoscopy among subjects with AH and gastrointestinal dyspepsia symptoms.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье обсуждаются вопросы: целесообразность и возможность изучения состояния тонкой кишки у лиц с артериальной гипертензией (АГ); может ли тонкая кишка быть признана органом-мишенью при АГ, в чем особенности коморбидности патологии тонкой кишки и АГ.
