M.Z. Sigal" for 2020-22.</p> <p><bold>Materials and methods.</bold> MIS "BARS. Healthcare – MIS" of oncological dispensary, outpatient charts and medical histories of patients operated on for thyroid microcarcinomas were used.</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> In the study group, all patients had papillary microcarcinoma. Women over 45 years of age prevailed. Women of fertile age accounted for 41.7%. The combination of microcarcinoma with thyroid adenomas, colloidal goiter and AIT was detected in 78.6% of patients. The organ capsule invasion occurred in 35.7% of patients, metastases to regional lymph nodes – in 19%. Thyroidectomy was performed in 66.7% of patients; 12 (28.6%) patients underwent I-131 therapy.</p> <p><bold>Conclusions.</bold> Due to the fact that papillary microcarcinoma of the thyroid gland is often found in women of fertile age, and develops against the background of another thyroid pathology complicating diagnostics, it sprouts an organ capsule in 35.7% and gives metastases to regional lymph nodes in 19%, therefore requires a timely diagnostics and radical treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель. </bold>Оценить эффективность диагностики и результаты лечение пациентов с микрокарциномами щитовидной железы в ГАУЗ «РКОД МЗ РТ им. проф. М.З. Сигала» за 2020–2022 гг.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы. </bold>Использована МИС «БАРС. Здравоохранение – МИС» онкодиспансера, амбулаторные карты и истории болезни пациентов, оперированных по поводу микрокарцином щитовидной железы.</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>В исследуемой группе у всех пациентов диагностирована папиллярная микрокарцинома. Преобладали женщины старше 45 лет, в 41,7 % – фертильного возраста. Сочетание микрокарциномы с аденомами щитовидной железы, коллоидным зобом и аутоиммунным тиреоидитом обнаружено у 78,6 % больных. Инвазия в капсулу органа найдена в 35,7 %, метастазы в регионарные лимфатические узлы – в 19 %. Тиреоидэктомия выполнена у 66,7 % больных. I-131-терапия проведена 12 (28,6 %) пациентам.</p> <p><bold>Выводы.</bold> В связи с тем, что папиллярная микрокарцинома щитовидной железы чаще встречается у женщин фертильного возраста, развивается на фоне другой патологии щитовидной железы, что затрудняет ее диагностику, в 35,7 % прорастает капсулу органа, в 19 % дает метастазы в регионарные лимфатические узлы, она требует своевременной диагностики и радикального лечения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>papillary microcarcinoma</kwd><kwd>thyroid gland</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>папиллярная микрокарцинома</kwd><kwd>щитовидная железа</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>La Vecchia C., Malvezzi M., Bosetti C., Garavello W., Bertuccio P., Levi F., Negri E.
