The anti-inflammatory and regenerative activity of the mineral complex was established in a model of acute bronchitis and regenerative activity in a model of a planar skin wound.</p> <p><bold>Conclusions.</bold> The effectiveness of the mineral complex depended on the concentration of cerium ions and was manifested at a dose of 0.003 μg/kg of animal weight.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель.</bold> В рамках доклинической апробации проведено экспериментальное исследование регенераторной активности минерального комплекса, содержащего ионы церия, марганца, цинка и серебра.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы.</bold> Исследование осуществлялось на моделях плоскостной кожной раны и острого бронхита у крыс.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Данные гистологического исследования тканей показали преимущество минерального комплекса над применением физиологического раствора хлорида натрия в контрольных группах животных.
