For the analysis we performed the following queries in the search engine “PubMed”: 1) autograft, maxillofacial surgery, jawbone defect; 2) bioresorbable membrane, maxillofacial surgery, jawbone defect. 1090 sources were retrieved, 417 of them for the first query and 673 for the second onYe. The first 100 consecutive sources for both the first and second queries were analyzed.</p> <p>There are 2.5 times as many studies on dental implantation and the use of resorbable membranes as on the use of autologous bone in this situation. 1.9 times as much research is dedicated to the use of autografts in orthognathic interventions. The analysis of studies containing data on the frequency of autograft use in combination with resorbable membranes in maxillofacial surgery and dental surgery at the present moment proves that research containing information on small defects is 1.4 times more prevalent, with bioresorbable membranes being used 1.5 more frequently for their reconstruction.</p> <p>The analysis of literature sources according to the time of their publication indicates its compliance with the current level of knowledge on the problem. An experimental study with a mandatory morphological component dedicated to the fundamental analysis of the effectiveness of the complex application of autologous bone and bioresorbable membranes in reconstruction of small defects of jawbones is essential.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проанализированы причина и частота применения аутокости в сочетании с резорбируемыми мембранами в хирургической стоматологии и челюстно-лицевой хирургии на текущий момент, определены основные фундаментальные и прикладные задачи их использования и намечены пути решения последних. Для анализа в поисковой системе PubMed сформировали запросы: 1) аутотрансплантат, челюстно-лицевая хирургия, дефект челюстной кости; 2) биорезорбируемая мембрана, челюстно-лицевая хирургия, дефект челюстной кости. Было получено 1090 источников, из которых 417 – по первому запросу и 673 – по второму. Анализу подвергли первые 100 источников, идущие подряд как при первом, так и при втором запросе.</p> <p>Операциям, связанным с дентальной имплантацией и использованием резорбируемых мембран, посвящено в 2,5 раза больше работ, чем применению аутокости в указанной ситуации. Использованию аутокости при ортогнатических вмешательствах посвящено в 1,9 раза больше исследований. Анализ работ, содержащих данные о частоте использования аутокости в сочетании с резорбируемыми мембранами в челюстно-лицевой хирургии и хирургической стоматологии, на текущий момент доказывает, что в 1,4 раза преобладают исследования, содержащие информацию о малых дефектах, при восполнении которых в 1,5 раза чаще применяют биорезорбируемые мембраны.</p> <p>Таким образом,<bold> </bold>анализ источников литературы в соответствии со временем их издания указывает на соответствие современному уровню знаний по проблеме.
