Exclusion criteria were cases of secondary necrosis (due to chronic alcoholism, long-term corticosteroid therapy for other conditions or trauma), as well as patients with rheumatologic or oncologic bone disease.</p> <p>Results. An increased risk of developing AN was identified in patients with severe COVID-19 and/or high doses of glucocorticoids. In some patients laboratory signs of autoimmune disorders (increased levels of antinuclear factor, antiphospholipid antibodies) were observed, which may contribute to the development of bone necrosis.</p> <p>Conclusions. These findings emphasize the necessity for comprehensive assessment of joint complications in patients with severe COVID-19 and the importance of regular monitoring with imaging techniques such as MRI and X-ray for early detection of AN.</p>
При этом у части пациентов наблюдались аутоиммунные нарушения (повышенный уровень антинуклеарного фактора, антифосфолипидных антител), способствующие формированию некротических изменений в костях.</p> <p>Полученные данные подчеркивают необходимость комплексной оценки суставных осложнений у пациентов с тяжелым течением COVID-19, а также важность мониторинга (МРТ, рентген) для ранней диагностики АН.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>SARS-CoV-2</kwd><kwd>aseptic necrosis (osteonecrosis)</kwd><kwd>glucocorticoids</kwd><kwd>post-COVID-19 complications</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>SARS-CoV-2</kwd><kwd>асептический некроз (остеонекроз)</kwd><kwd>глюкокортикостероиды</kwd><kwd>постковидные осложнения</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Goncharov E.N., Koval O.A., Nikolaevich Bezuglov E., Aleksandrovich Vetoshkin A., Gavriilovich Goncharov N., Encarnación Ramirez M.J., Montemurro N.
