To assess the conditions for providing medical services to donors, a scale with the following points was proposed: excellent – 5 points, good – 4 points, normal – 3 points, bad – 2 points, very bad – 1 point. The processing of the survey results was carried out using the functionality of pivot tables in the Microsoft Excel program and descriptive statistics.</p> <p><bold>Results. </bold>The final data on the conducted research demonstrate that most of the donors are satisfied with the quality of services provided by the RPCT on the 4 surveyed items: accessability of donor information, the quality of staff work during the manipulations and procedures, the level of staff communication skills and the conditions of stay in the RPCT. However, isolated negative answers which were recorded, allows us to conclude that there are some aspects in the provision of services to donors that can be improved.</p> <p><bold>Conclusions. </bold>For further improvement of the availability of donor information, it is recommended to expand information materials, make more active use of digital and social platforms, introduce visual and interactive content, and study the information needs of donors regularly. This will increase satisfaction and attract more regular participants to the donor movement.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель. </bold>Оценка уровня удовлетворенности доноров услугами, оказываемыми в Научно-производственном центре трансфузиологии г. Астаны, за период с 2022 по 2024 г. и формирование рекомендаций по улучшению качества предоставляемых услуг.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы.</bold> Анкета доноров включала четыре вопроса, касающихся доступности информации о донорстве, качества работы персонала во время манипуляций и процедур, уровня коммуникативных навыков персонала и условий пребывания. Для оценки условий предоставления медицинских услуг донорам была предложена шкала, где использовались следующие баллы: «отлично» – 5 баллов, «хорошо» – 4 балла, «нормально» – 3 балла, «плохо» – 2 балла, «очень плохо» – 1 балл. Обработка результатов анкетирования проводилась с использованием функционала сводных таблиц в программе Microsoft Excel и описательной статистики.</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>Проведенное исследование продемонстрировало, что большая часть доноров удовлетворена качеством оказываемых услуг в НПЦТ по четырем исследуемым позициям: доступность информации о донорстве, качество работы персонала во время манипуляций и процедур, уровень коммуникативных навыков персонала и условия пребывания в НПЦТ. Так как по результатам исследования был небольшой процент отрицательных оценок, это позволяет сделать выводы, что существуют некоторые моменты в оказании услуг донорам, которые можно улучшить.</p> <p><bold>Выводы.</bold> Для дальнейшего улучшения доступности информации о донорстве рекомендуется расширить информационные материалы, активнее использовать цифровые и социальные платформы, внедрять визуальный и интерактивный контент, а также регулярно изучать информационные потребности доноров.
