To compare the groups, Kruskal – Wallis, Mann – Whitney tests and correlation analysis were applied.</p> <p>Results. The pregravid preparation of HIV-infected women without a partner was detected to three-fold decrease a viral load in the I trimester of pregnancy (p = 0.001), two-fold – in the II trimester (p = 0.02) and three-fold – in the III trimester (p = 0.002); with a partner – a two-fold decrease in the I trimester (p = 0.0018). The pregravid preparation of HIV-infected women reduces the probability of giving birth to a child with low body mass (p = 0.023); with a partner – it decreases the risk for the preterm labor (p = 0.02).</p> <p>Conclusions. Thus, the presence of pregravid preparation in HIV-infected women, with a partner as well, decreases the probability of giving birth to a child with low body mass and preterm labor.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель. Таким образом, наличие прегравидарной подготовки у ВИЧ-инфицированных женщин, в том числе при участии партнера, снижает вероятность рождения детей с низкой массой тела и преждевременных родов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>HIV infection</kwd><kwd>pregravid preparation</kwd><kwd>viral load</kwd><kwd>immune status</kwd><kwd>preterm labor</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ВИЧ-инфекция</kwd><kwd>прегравидарная подготовка</kwd><kwd>вирусная нагрузка</kwd><kwd>иммунный статус</kwd><kwd>преждевременные роды</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Silva C.M.D., Alves R.S., Santos T.S.D., Bragagnollo G.R., Tavares C.M., Santos A.A.P.D.
