Medical care for families with infertility, in particular through assisted reproductive technologies (ART) programs, is an important area of comprehensive government policy to promote fertility.</p> <p><bold>Materials and methods.</bold> The retrospective study was carried out on the basis of GBUZ TO “Perinatal Center”, Tyumen. We analyzed 237 birth histories of women whose pregnancies occurred with the use of ART and 237 birth histories of patients whose pregnancies occurred on their own. The material for the study was the birth histories of patients.</p> <p><bold>Results. </bold>The results showed a higher incidence of pregnancy complications in women after ART programs. Thus, a higher number of premature births, placental disorders, isthmic-cervical insufficiency (ICI) were noted, as well as a significantly higher percentage of operative delivery by cesarean section.</p> <p><bold>Conclusions.</bold> The presence of an initially large "baggage" of concomitant and gynecological diseases in infertile patients, whose pregnancies occurred with the use of ART programs, leads to a higher percentage of pregnancy complications and a high number of surgical deliveries.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель.</bold> Изучить особенности течения беременности и родов у женщин после их участия программах вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий. Медицинская помощь семьям с бесплодием, в частности путем участия в программах вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий, является важным направлением комплексной государственной политики по содействию рождаемости.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы.</bold> Ретроспективное исследование проведено на базе ГБУЗ ТО «Перинатальный центр», г. Тюмень. Проанализированы 237 историй родов женщин, чьи беременности наступили с применением вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий, и 237 историй родов пациенток, чья беременность наступила самостоятельно.</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>Выявлена более высокая частота осложнений беременности у женщин после применения программ вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий: так, отмечено более высокое число преждевременных родов, плацентарных нарушений, истмико-цервикальной недостаточности, а также значительно больший процент оперативного родоразрешения путем кесарева сечения.</p> <p><bold>Выводы. </bold>Наличие исходно большого «багажа» сопутствующих и гинекологических заболеваний у пациенток с бесплодием, чьи беременности наступили с применением программ вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий, приводит к большему проценту осложнений беременности, и высокому числу оперативных родоразрешений.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>infertility</kwd><kwd>assisted reproductive technologies</kwd><kwd>IVF</kwd><kwd>ICSI</kwd><kwd>delivery</kwd><kwd>complications of pregnancy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>бесплодие</kwd><kwd>вспомогательные репродуктивные технологии</kwd><kwd>ЭКО</kwd><kwd>ИКСИ</kwd><kwd>родоразрешение</kwd><kwd>осложнения беременности</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Zegers-Hochschild F.
